Yes. Alongside ready-furnished managed offices, CO-OFFIZ offers built-to-suit offices with customised layouts, interiors and company branding. Design scope, delivery timings, fit-out costs and ongoing services are agreed in your proposal.
Is Noida Sector 3 open?
Yes. Noida Sector 3 is open at Plot No. 8 & 9, Block F, close to Sector 16 Metro. The centre offers 1,700+ workstations and private office options for teams. Contact us for current availability.
Which amenities are available at all centres?
All five centres offer dedicated high-speed internet, fully furnished offices, meeting rooms, power backup, 24×7 access, unlimited tea and coffee, reception support, air conditioning, breakout areas and CCTV security. Parking is available and chargeable.
Is parking included?
Parking is charged separately. Ask our team about current charges and arrangements at your preferred centre.
What does an office cost?
Prices are available on enquiry. Your quote depends on your location, team size, office configuration and lease requirements. We’ll explain inclusions and additional charges before you commit.
Are meeting rooms included in the membership?
Meeting rooms are available at all centres. Your proposal will specify any included usage, booking arrangements and charges for additional use.
Can our team work at night?
All centres offer 24×7 access. Discuss your shift timings with our team so that access and service arrangements can be agreed before move-in.
Do we need to furnish the office ourselves?
No. CO-OFFIZ offers fully furnished, ready-to-use workspaces with zero workspace setup cost. Membership charges, deposits and any agreed additional services are set out in your proposal.
What team sizes can you accommodate?
Our offer includes private offices, enterprise suites and managed workspaces for teams from 1 to 1,700+ seats. Suitable configurations depend on the centre and current availability. Individual dedicated desks are also available.
Can we expand later?
Yes, you can explore expansion as your business grows. Our team will help you assess larger offices or additional seats, subject to availability and agreed terms.
What are the lease and deposit terms?
Flexible lease options are available. Minimum commitment, deposits, notice periods and renewal terms are discussed for your chosen workspace and included in the proposal.
